How to get started?

• Find a club: We have clubs across Denmark ready to welcome you. Find them here.
• Join a team: Whether you want to play competitively or just have fun, we have teams for all levels. We have both a national youth and senior tournament, great rugby activities for all genders, and children from age 1.
• Become a volunteer: Help with coaching, organizing events, or supporting our community in other ways. We are experienced in welcoming non-Danish speakers and we would love to get you involved!
