Here's how it works:
1. Introduction to Touch Rugby
Our instructors welcomes you and give a short introduction to the history of rugby, the values and the rules.
2. Warm-up and practice
We will introduce techniques on how to pass and catch the ball, game communication and where to be placed on the pitch during the game.
3. Let the games begin!
Depending on the number of teams we will play a game or a tournament. The players not playing can take a break and cheer for their colleagues.
4. The Final
We announce the winners and take a group photo.
